Good Things on the Horizon

Happy Easter Monday!

Hopefully by now if you’re a subscriber, you’ve received the new 50 Days of Easter printable.  (If not, leave a comment or send me an email…then I’ll put you on the right list!)  It’s the first printable for the blog that I’ve made that uses color.  So go ahead–be extravagant!  Print it out and be inspired to live fully as we celebrate Easter and make way for the Spirit coming on Pentecost!

A New Review at Curriculum Choice

A review of Simplified Dinners

Last week my first review at The Curriculum Choice was published!  Some of my favorite homeschool mamas–like Barb from Harmony Fine Arts, Cindy from Our Journey Westward, and Tricia from Hodgepodge–are authors there.  So it’s a great honor to share my reviews in that space.

This month I reviewed Simplified Dinners for New Cooks by Mystie Winckler.  Go take a look; there’s even a discount code that you can use on any Simplified Dinners product!

Bootstrap VA Bundle

A few weeks ago I wrote the first post in a series about becoming a virtual assistant.  This week I’ll finish off the series with posts on the tools I use, the best resources, and the perks of working as a VA.

To celebrate the second edition of her book The Bootstrap VA, Lisa Morosky has created a bundle of ebooks + courses to help you establish your VA business.  It’s only on sale for three days, so move fast!  More details tomorrow!

Poetry Month!

And last but not least, it’s April, National Poetry Month!  Each Friday this month I’ll be sharing poems + simple ideas for welcoming poetry into your homeschool.  And at the end of the month, there will be a giveaway of Amy Ludwig VanDerwater’s beautiful book of poems called Forest Has a Song.  What a treat!
