Lent Means Spring

By February, the new year often doesn’t feel all that new any more.  Time keeps on spinning, unraveling.

But in the church year we get to spiral back to the great feasts and fasts each year.  We get to return, we get to practice.

Lent Means Spring

Lent means spring–green, new life just under the surface.

What is waiting to be born in you?  What has been hibernating all winter?  What is going to emerge?

These reflections might be just what you need to find the thread back to the center.
