books + lent + time

 

March took me by surprise!  last night i found a pile of bills all ready to be paid…only i had forgotten to actually pay them.  and this poor blog was still February Pink five full days into the new month!  we haven’t been busy really.  but our days are really full.  i’m tired by 8 o’clock every night.  but in this house, there’s always time for reading!  there are updates waiting for you at goodreads.

we are marking the days with the beautiful calendar made by the children from Pondered in My Heart.and of course, reading is also a part of our Lenten preparations.  i am working my way through Show Me the Way by Henri Nouwen.  each day the readings seem to be just what i need to hear.  and AP is reading in The Journals of Father Alexander Schmemann.
