(not) the perfect St Nicolas Day book
not the book, but our book for this year’s celebration. a book with amazing endpapers…and a reference to toddler breastfeeding by the saint!
we also have our chocolate coins and lovely medallions printed,
holy cards to color,
and carrots to leave in our shoes for the saint’s donkey.
but we still have to make it to the store because at our house St Nicolas brings new toothbrushes. he’s a practical saint after all!
