Honestly, we doubt success when we should doubt struggle. We overvalue struggle as evidence of learning, when if we really think about it, joy and pleasure are much better signs of learning and growth.
Pay attention to the things that are working, to the peace you feel, to the smiles on your kids faces, to the well being of your family.
Value what you are doing well. Celebrate it! Trust that ease in your day is a sign that you are on the right path.
