Celebrating Wednesdays (with Words)
Sweet Dawn from ladydusk who hosts Wednesdays with Words is celebrating 15 years of blogging. Wowzers! As a happy Luddite, I bow to her status as an early adapter. 15 years ago I barely had an email address. (A virtual assistant who’s a Luddite…maybe I should keep that on the down low!) I’m joining the celebration with a re-post of my favorite WwW post–it’s the image, of course, that catches my eye.

For that moment, at least, all our doors and windows were wide open; we were not carefully shutting out God’s purifying light, in order to feel safe and secure; we were bathed in the same light that burned and yet did not consume the bush. We walked barefoot on holy ground.

Speaking of Luddite tendencies…Mystie from Simplified Organization is offering a free Evernote course. I’m taking it even though I am firmly in the paper planner camp. It just makes sense for me to have a better grasp on Evernote. I have all kinds of cobbled together solutions–Google Keep + Drive, organized email folders–that I think could pretty seamlessly be folded into Evernote. I also now have a phone that can have Evernote on it, so that adds to the appeal. This is the last day to sign up for the free course. So get on over there!

And Madeleine L’Engle is one of my favorite authors – and that book! One I need to re-read. What a wonderful choice <3
Now that is an illustrated quote! Beautiful.
So beautiful!
